NEW BRIDGE COMMUNITY
CHAPLAINCY

New Bridge Community Chaplaincy Inc., a 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation, is a
very unique and new concept of a chaplaincy service. This Chaplaincy is
designed to help individuals and families living in the entire community.

Today’s lifestyles and cultural pressures cause a good share of family
concerns and stress related to children, finance, marriage, and work
relationships. To help people cope with life today, many organizations have
chaplains to assist their people at work.

The EUP Chapter of NBCC exists to demonstrate to our neighbors a
compassionate Christian life style as exemplified by the Samaritan in Luke
10:27-37 and to establish the Bible as the authority for their life.

Community chaplains are licensed and specially trained professionals who
work with younger and older individuals or their families on a confidential
basis helping them cope with the struggles of life related to stress, loss,
youth, illness, addictions, work and spiritual questions.

Community chaplains will come to where you are and do not wish to take
the place of anyone's clergy.
Chaplains are available seven days a week
and after hours for emergency needs in times of crisis.

A community chaplain’s work is one of presence, walking alongside you, and
not to be controlling. Their goal is to address the root or primary cause of
problems encountered in life before they develop into crisis events.

For those that have a need, knowing that a chaplain is ready to help when
troubles come, emulates what Jesus wants us to be.
