CHAPLAINCY
Chaplain's Blog
The chaplaincy is still in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan and still flourishing!  God is totally doing a
new and special thing through the work here in Chippewa County.  Hard to believe that we are
coming up on our third year anniversary of the chaplaincy.  I continue to be amazed at
what God
does through a submitted, obedient, and failed human being, at times.  As I look over the past
couple months since I have shared anything in the blog, I have seen so many times that God has
given wisdom through His Word and drawn people back to Himself.  Much if not all, of what we
question from God, can be found answered in the Bible.  Sometimes things happen in our life, not
for us but for others that will benefit through how we handle the situation that comes our way to
grow us, mature us, and draw us closer to the Lord.  My grandmother used to say, "it will all
come out in the wash."  I think I finally understand her saying.  Give it time.  Trust in what God
is doing.  Eventually you will see God's perfect plan coming to it's closure.  Though we get
tumbled, drenched, and spun dry...  it will all come out clean in the end.  Do you feel like your
being rung through the wash?  Hang on and in time you will find what God is doing.

Romans 8:24-25 (NLT)
"We were given this hope when we were saved. (If we
already have something, we don’t need to hope for it.
But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have,
we must wait patiently and confidently."

Romans 8:28 (NLT)
"And we know that God causes everything to work
together for the good of those who love God and are
called according to his purpose for them."
